We are excited to announce the open call for our upcoming group exhibition, ‘Welcome to the Age of Chaos, Welcome to Entrotopia!’ curated by artist Seppe De Roo.
The exhibition will take place from May 10th to May 26th, 2024 at LaVallée in Brussels.
Concept
The exhibition seeks to explore the impact of chaos on our world, from the collapse of traditional power structures to the rise of new forms of governance and social organization. Through an interactive visual arts exhibition, performances, engaging discussions, and events, visitors will be transported to the heart of Entrotopia.
We are seeking submissions from national and international artists with a focus on the Brussels art scene. We welcome a variety of media, including but not limited to painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, video, and installation.
A residency period of one week will be offered to participating artists in the spaces of LaVallée, starting May 1st, 2024.
Selected artists will be notified by June 30th, 2023.
